Sellers and business owners are responsible for accurate descriptions, lawful offers, delivery commitments and customer communications.
2Customer-facing policies
Each seller must clearly state applicable booking, cancellation, refund, fulfilment and usage terms before a customer agrees to purchase.
3Payments and fulfilment
DOERN does not treat an order as paid or release protected files until a connected payment provider confirms payment.
4Platform subscription terms
Seller and business customer policies are separate from the terms governing a DOERN subscription.
